Having policies and good procedures demonstrates our commitment to tackling issues head on within our industry.

GreatStar recognises its impact and has made a corporate commitment to improving its performance through its Policies and Procedures. These provide the framework for all our work, whether it be in relation to quality, energy saving, waste and recycling or sustainable transport.

GreatStar UK has its own professional Quality Assurance department that:

  • Ensures products are manufactured to the best international standards of quality and safety available
  • Conducts regular internal product testing and benchmarking
  • Has access to state of the art equipment including hardness testers, pressure cells, RoHS screening equipment etc
  • Takes safety seriously and as such undertakes regular due diligence testing with TÜV Product Service Ltd
  • Has a fully integrated quality, ethical and environmental management system which includes the auditing of all suppliers
  • Ensures Final Random Inspections (FRI) are carried out on all products before they leave the factory and then further inspections are done in the UK, all to AQL sampling plans
  • Is FSC certified
  • Is WEEE Registered
